The Congress and the BJP pounced on the Bhagwant Mann government even as it relieved Dhaliwal of charge of the non-existent Department of Administrative Reforms. Hamas has handed over five out of six hostages that were due to be released in Gaza on Saturday, the final living captives whom the warring sides agreed would be freed when a ceasefire began last month…Thousands, including Hamas fighters, gathered in Nuseirat, central Gaza, where three of the hostages – Eliya Cohen, Omer Shem Tov and Omer Wenkert were handed over to the Red Cross in another heavily choreographed ceremony.
