At least six people were injured after a portion of a roof at Terminal 1 of the Delhi airport collapsed amid heavy rain that lashed the city early Friday morning, the Delhi Fire Service said.
The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital while another person is reported to be trapped under the collapsed structure.
All departures from Terminal 1 have been temporarily suspended, and check-in counters are closed as a safety measure, the airport officials said.
