The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft carrying the Axiom-4 crew has undocked from the International Space Station, beginning its 22-hour journey back to Earth. The crew includes astronauts from the USA, Poland, Hungary and India’s Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla. During their 18-day mission, they conducted over 60 experiments for 31 countries. The spacecraft is expected to splashdown off the coast of California on Tuesday. This marks the conclusion of India’s landmark participation in the mission. In a separate incident, a female student at Fakir Mohan Autonomous College in Odisha set herself on fire after her harassment complaint against a professor was allegedly ignored. The victim, who suffered over 90% burns, had accused Professor Sameer Sahu of physical and sexual harassment. The college principal has been arrested after interrogation. Opposition leaders have criticized the state government for institutional apathy and failure to address the complaints sensitively. The incident has sparked political debate, with demands for action against college authorities.
