In other areas like ITO, PM 2.5 levels on private meters were nearly double the official CPCB figures. The probe also finds defunct monitoring displays in VIP zones like Lodi Road and highlights that even the Supreme Court has raised questions over non-functional monitors and pollution monitoring methods in the capital.
