Three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were killed in an encounter in Shopian, South Kashmir. One of the neutralized terrorists, identified as Shahid Kutte, was allegedly involved in recent attacks, including firing on Danish resort and killing a BJP Sarpanch. Security forces recovered AK-47 rifles and encrypted communication systems from the slain terrorists. The Kashmir Revolution Army, believed to be a new shadow name for Lashkar, has claimed the slain militants as their cadre.
