Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, has been extradited to India and remanded to 18-day NIA custody. The NIA has begun interrogating Rana, confronting him with prepared questions about the 2008 terror plot, his links to David Headley, and connections with Pakistani nationals. Rana’s interrogation is being fully recorded and led by the NIA Director General. The agency informed the court that Headley had discussed the entire 26/11 plot with Rana before coming to India.
