Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, has been extradited from the US and remanded to 18 days of NIA custody. The NIA has begun interrogating Rana with a series of questions about his role in the attacks, his connections to David Headley, and his links to Pakistani handlers. Rana’s extradition is seen as a major breakthrough in India’s pursuit of justice for the 2008 terror attacks that killed 166 people.
