The Farrukhabad hit-and-run case has been caught on camera and the disturbing video of the same has also emerged. Three teenager boys can be seen sitting on the road side, talking to each other; the road is clear and there is no traffic at all when suddenly a speeding car zooms into their direction and within seconds, runs over them.
